This is of course only what most would call a ‘first impression’ but what follows has been proven to be hugely influential on us. But even if we don’t care about this essentially shallow, though instinctive, response it is something that most people benefit hugely from having. Being confident enough to beam a huge smile to someone or to laugh openly without covering our mouths is a fantastic thing to be able to do and with it comes a certain confidence that everyone appreciates having in themselves.
