Here we can see that the client was suffering from advanced gum disease and all of the upper and lower teeth were loose. Dr. Kaman extracted 26 teeth and a full upper and lower temporary denture was fitted, which the client was able to wear for the full duration of the treatment.
3 months healing was required for the gums to fully heal. After the healing time the client returned to Budapest for 9 upper and 7 lower implants and 2 sinus elevation bone grafts.
An additional 6 months healing was required for the bone to bond with the implants and fully integrate. The client then returned to Budapest for the final part of her treatment. First Dr. Kaman uncovered the implants then Dr. Nemeth took some impressions. The technicians prepared the casts then manufactured the metal base for the bridges (see picture above), then the porcelain was burnt onto the base.
Here we can see the full upper and lower bridges screwed onto the implants. Pink porcelain (gum imitation) was used to provide a better aesthetic result and a very pleasing even smile.
After suffering from gum disease our client looked for affordable dental treatment abroad and decided to undertake a full mouth rehabilitation with dental implants at our clinic in Budapest.
