The Clinic
Whilst significantly smaller than the Implant Center Budapest, the Implant Center at Karos Spa has all the facilities required to perform almost all the same treatments. The lead dentist Dr Balazs Kovacs was hand picked by Dr Atilla Kaman to his usual exacting standards and is a cosmetic specialist with many years experience dealing with dental tourists. For work that requires an even more specialist touch dentists easily travel down from the Implant Center in Budapest.

The dental chair is an OMS Patavium with separate assistant's workstation. All windows contain lead as do all of the walls to facilitate the use of the x-ray machine. There is a computer terminal to one side linked to the Implant Center in Budapest used to examine patient x-rays held on file and other associated records as well as informational presentations. The theatre is fully air-conditioned.
The panoramic x-ray room is adjoining and the entrance door leads to the large reception room and out into the lower hotel lobby and bar.
Beyond the large window with blinds is the main outside pool area.

The Spa
Situated in the quiet town of Zalakaros, 15 minutes from Lake Balaton and 2 hours drive from Budapest, is the international 4 star Karos Spa Hotel. The spa was built here specifically to make use of the volcanic spring that imerges from deep below the earths mantle to a point just meters away. The waters are ancient and famous and are reputed to have many different healing properties. The spa compliments this by offering a huge range of treatments.

There are 3 indoor adventure pools with a whirlpool plus two outside, all heated throughout the year. There are jacuzzis, saunas and even a pro-sauna for the really adventurous. And to balance it out there's always the ice-room. All are designed to make you feel as good as you can and thoroughly cleansed. 
If the need takes you there are plenty of activities to keep you occupied. There's the olympic sized swimming pools, horse riding, cycle tours down to lake Balaton, full use of the spa's well equipped gym, tennis and even hang-gliding plus plenty of well supervised fitness classes held both inside and out.
The hotel is situated right on a now stable fault line in the earth's crust which each year brings millions of gallons of hot volcanic waters bubbling to the surface. Each room has bathtub and/or shower, WC, bidet, hair dryer, safe, satelitte TV, phone, mini bar, internet connection and most have their own private balconies.
