Here we can see that the client was suffering from advanced gum disease and all of the upper and lower teeth were loose. Dr. Kaman extracted 26 teeth and a full upper and lower temporary denture was fitted, which the client was able to wear for the full duration of the treatment.

3 months healing was required for the gums to fully heal. After the healing time the client returned to Budapest for 9 upper and 7 lower implants and 2 sinus elevation bone grafts.

An additional 6 months healing was required for the bone to bond with the implants and fully integrate. The client then returned to Budapest for the final part of her treatment. First Dr. Kaman uncovered the implants then Dr. Nemeth took some impressions. The technicians prepared the casts then manufactured the metal base for the bridges (see picture above), then the porcelain was burnt onto the base.

Here we can see the full upper and lower bridges screwed onto the implants. Pink porcelain (gum imitation) was used to provide a better aesthetic result and a very pleasing even smile.

After suffering from gum disease our client looked for affordable dental treatment abroad and decided to undertake a full mouth rehabilitation with dental implants at our clinic in Budapest.

On this photo we can see the x-ray prior to treatment. Gum disease has considerably reduced the bone and weakened the teeth, therefore all of the teeth has to be removed. An upper and lower removable denture was fitted on the first visit, which the client could wear throughout his treatment.

3 months healing later the client returned to Budapest for 3 days to have the sinus bone grafts and implants inserted. Most clients experience swelling and bruising after these procedures and it is advised to take a few days off work to allow sufficient recovery.

This photo shows the client’s teeth prior to treatment. We can see that the gums are receded, the teeth are long and the roots are visible.

Here we can see the full upper and lower porcelain fused to metal bridges screwed onto the implants. The gum has fully recovered from the gum disease and the surgery and is a healthy pink colour.

Untreated gum disease caused considerable amount of bone loss and teeth mobility, and after many years of suffering our client decided to undergo extensive mouth rehabilitation including dental implants in Hungary.

On the first photo we can see that our client was missing his molar teeth, his teeth were broken, worn down and the front crowns were uneven.

On the first visit Dr. Kaman inserted 5 Camlog dental implants and carried out an upper left and right sinus elevation bone graft. 6 months later Dr. Klenk inserted a further 4 upper dental implants which required an additional 4 months healing.

After 10 months healing our client returned to Budapest for 3 days to have all his crowns prepared, impressions taken and an upper and lower temporary bridge fitted. An additional 2 weeks later his dental work was complete with a combination of crowns and bridges. The final part of his treatment required a 3 day trip.

This photo shows the client after the final part of his treatment. A combination of metal free zirconium crowns and porcelain fused to metal crowns were used to provide a pleasing aesthetic result.

On the first photo we can see that our client was missing her molar teeth, her teeth were broken, worn down and the front crowns were uneven.

Dr. Kaman inserted 8 upper and 8 lower Camlog dental implants and carried out two sinus elevation bone grafts to strengthen and rebuild the bone. This procedure involves elevating the sinus membrane and placing the bone graft onto the sinus floor, allowing implants to be placed in the back part of the upper jaw. Premature loss of upper back teeth results in a down growth of the maxillary sinus floor.
6 months healing was required after the 1st visit, then the dental implants were uncovered and loaded with fixed porcelain fused to metal bridges.

Here you can see the client’s asymmetric smile and broken teeth prior to her treatment.

This photo shows the client after the final part of her treatment. She was very happy to have a fully functioning, even and bright smile.

Our client decided to visit us for a London consultation when her front tooth broke off by the gum line and there was urgent need for a full mouth rehabilitation. Her dental treatment in Budapest included dental implants and fixed bridges.
